Store Manager - Spirit Halloween

Hourly rate ranges from $23.56 - $23.81 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. Applications will be accepted until 11/23/25.

Benefits include: Colorado Paid Sick Time, Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, and End of Season Premium Pay Program. All bonus and pay programs are subject to qualifications.

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the overall operation of the store to maximize sales and profitability. This includes maintaining guest services, controlling expenses, managing shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, and the setup and teardown of the seasonal store. The physical demands include standing/walking for 8+ hours, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
