Store Manager - Spirit Halloween

Hourly rate ranges from $23.56 - $23.81 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. Applications will be accepted until 11/23/25.

Benefits include: Colorado Paid Sick Time, Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, and End of Season Premium Pay Program. All bonus and pay programs are subject to qualifications.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and be accountable for the total operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
• Establish and maintain excellent Guest Services.
• Control expenses, manage shrink, merchandising, inventory, staffing, setup, and teardown of the seasonal store.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Flexible schedule.
• Physical ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours, climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Prior retail management experience required.
