Job summary

Chillbox is seeking a Store Manager for Auburn Hills, MI to lead daily store operations, supervise staff, and manage scheduling and training. You will be responsible for margins, inventory levels, and cash controls while upholding company policies and standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, ability to recruit and develop a team, and accountability for safety, merchandising, and customer service. Flexibility to work 1st–3rd shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in day-to-day store operations and staff supervision.
• Ability to train and develop employees including shift leads.
• Proven track record of managing margins and controllable costs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and scheduling.
• Recruit, hire, and train team members.
• Motivate and supervise staff, including the assistant manager.
• Prepare staff schedules and cover shifts as needed.
• Conduct Start of Day checks on property and merchandise.
• Enforce SOPs, pricing, promotions, and signage.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and daily deposits.
• Control inventory and perform counts; address shrinkage.
• Lead safety, security, and customer service meetings.
• Communicate price changes to the Retail Ops Team.
