Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to drive exceptional customer experiences and operate daily retail activities with a strong focus on sales, service, and product engagement.

You will lead a high-performing team, manage inventory, pricing, and the loyalty program while ensuring store standards and brand initiatives are reflected in every interaction. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in retail, preferably as a Store Manager, with a flexible schedule and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 4+ years of retail experience, with preference for Store Manager experience.
• Flexibility in schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M service model.
• Champion a positive team culture through idea sharing and feedback.
• Drive recruitment and staffing to ensure year-round store coverage, with a retention focus.
• Lead the team to achieve sales, service and product engagement metrics.
• Own and lead daily retail operations including POS, stock, pricing, markdowns and store recovery.
• Coordinate, delegate and prioritize tasks to maintain smooth operations.
• Serve as a brand ambassador with knowledge of product collaborations and initiatives.
• Adhere to Crocs policies including Asset Protection and inventory control.
