Qualifications

• 4+ years of retail experience with Store Manager experience preferred.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• Strong leadership, communication, and performance-driving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the C.H.A.R.M service model.
• Lead daily store operations including cash handling and merchandising.
• Drive recruitment and staffing for year-round coverage.
