Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the V.I.B.E.S service model.
• Champion a positive team culture with feedback and core values.
• Assist daily retail operations: POS, stock room, replenishment, pricing, markdowns, loyalty programs, store cleanliness.
• Coordinate and delegate tasks across teams with Store Manager to ensure timely completion.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by sharing knowledge of product collaborations and launches.
• Adhere to Asset Protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.
• Model best practices and drive sales performance to improve KPIs.
