Job summary

You will manage sales, cash handling, and staff scheduling while ensuring compliance with policies and federal/state regulations. The role requires strong communication, conflict resolution, and leadership abilities, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and meeting district targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience with sales, customer service, and cash handling.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, work in an autonomous environment, and provide store level leadership.
• Must have own personal reliable transportation and valid driver's license with insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting options to meet their needs.
• Interact with customers using active listening to clarify information and diffuse complaints.
• Escalate issues to the District Director of Operations and Corporate Office if needed.
• Respond to general questions, applications, and requests per regulations and procedures.
• Handle currency and cash operations, including deposits and safe transfers.
• Balance end-of-day batch receipts and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate training and development for store staff to meet targets.
• Support recruiting and onboarding of Assistant Store Managers within the district.
