Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with sales, customer service, and cash handling
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on products and services to meet their needs
• Interact with customers and resolve issues professionally
• Escalate issues to leadership when necessary
• Handle cash operations including deposits and drawer balancing
• Process transactions per policy (loans, check cashing, Net Spend)
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
• Assist with staff scheduling and training across the district
• Support recruiting and onboarding of Assistant Store Managers
