• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and provide store level leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio and options that meet their needs.
• Interact with customers and diffuse complaints using active listening.
• Escalate issues to the District Director of Operations when needed.
• Handle and count currency, cash, and coins; manage cash drawer and deposits.
