Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations and profitability of one or more retail locations. You will lead store staff, drive sales, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain compliance with policies and regulations.

Responsibilities include staff scheduling, training, recruiting for district vacancies, and managing financial transactions and cash handling. The role requires strong leadership and a customer-focused mindset in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, and cash handling.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, work in an autonomous environment, and provide store level leadership.
• Must have own personal reliable transportation, valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability and willingness to live by core values: accountable, inclusive, transparent, and focused.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio and options.
• Interact with customers and resolve inquiries and complaints.
• Escalate issues to the District Director of Operations when needed.
• Handle currency, cash drawers, deposits, and other cash handling tasks.
• Balance batch receipts and resolve discrepancies.
• Process transactions according to policy (loans, check cashing, Net Spend).
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate operations and training to reach metric targets.
• Maintain staff schedules and assist with recruitment and onboarding of Asst Store Managers.
