Job summary

Habitat for Humanity Portland Region is seeking a Store Manager for our ReStore to lead daily operations, train staff, and manage volunteers. You will oversee budgeting, pricing, donations, and customer engagement while upholding Habitat’s mission and brand standards across multiple locations in the Portland region.

The role emphasizes safety, team development, and collaboration with the Retail Director and VP of ReStore to drive improvements and community impact.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ management experience, preferably Retail Store Manager.
• Experience managing volunteers.
• Ability to operate bilingually in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations and apply policies.
• Maintain staffing levels and schedule to meet labor budgets.
• Monitor cash handling, pricing, and POS accuracy.
• Ensure store branding and signage consistency; manage donations and stock.
• Engage customers and donors, promote Habitat’s mission.
• Lead safety, training, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with HR, Marketing, and leadership for store improvements.
