Job summary

Diesel is seeking a Store Manager to own store results, drive sales, and uphold the brand’s identity in every client interaction. You will lead all aspects of store performance, build a high-performing team, and maintain brand standards across operations, merchandising, and customer experience.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, control expenses, and ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws while collaborating with HQ and regional partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in retail management or related role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in luxury retail or service-oriented organization preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and develop a team.
