Diesel, a premium casual wear brand, is seeking a Store Manager in Florida to own the store's results, delivering sales and profitability while embodying the brand identity in every client interaction.

You will build a high-performing team, set service standards, and cultivate lasting client relationships that drive repeat business and market presence, aligning with HQ and regional partners in merchandising, HR, operations, and marketing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service focus and problem solving.
• Proven ability to manage payroll and budgets.
• Experience in luxury or premium retail preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead store performance to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Develop and execute store strategy and annual action plan.
• Track KPI's and communicate sales results.
• Schedule staff and manage payroll.
• Control expenses and review monthly P&L.
• Recruit, train, and develop store associates.
• Ensure CRM and clienteling programs are utilized.
• Maintain high visual and merchandising standards.
• Lead customer service and ensure stellar experience.
