Diesel is expanding its presence in the United States and seeks a Store Supervisor to lead a team in Florida. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will focus on growing brand awareness, driving sales, and delivering a superior client experience in a dynamic retail environment.

You will guide a team of fashion enthusiasts, implement company programs, and model Diesel values while ensuring exceptional service and store performance in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

• Assist the management team in achieving store sales and profitability through effective supervision of the store team and program implementation.
• Act as a positive role model, representing and supporting the Diesel brand and values.
• Develop supervisory skills by owning visual/merchandising/operations tasks assigned by the Store Manager.
• In the absence of the Store Manager, temporarily assume store management responsibilities and short-term decisions.
• Perform omni-channel services and initiatives.
