You will lead all aspects of store performance, from commercial results to client development, team leadership, and operational standards.

• 5+ years of experience in retail management or related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience in luxury retail or service-oriented organization preferred.
• Strong project management skills and prioritization in fast-paced settings.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Financial management experience.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales and profitability targets in line with brand identity.
• Lead recruitment, development and performance management of store staff.
• Monitor schedules, payroll, and expense budgets.
• Oversee POS transactions, cash handling and banking procedures.
• Maintain high standards for merchandising and visual presentation.
