Job summary

Apple Retail is seeking a Senior Manager to lead a team and shape the store's experience. You will drive performance, coach other managers, and partner with the Store Leader on strategies and critical decisions.

Your role includes solving complex problems in collaboration with leadership while ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence. You will recruit, train, and mentor staff, participate in Floor Leadership, and maintain compliance with policies while protecting assets.

Qualifications

• Three years of leadership experience in retail, sales, or related field.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Able to work a schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team (including Managers) to achieve performance goals and business priorities.
• Assist with recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team.
• Engage in Floor Leadership, interacting with team members and customers to deliver exceptional service.
• Address customer and team member concerns, escalating when appropriate.
• Develop and execute the store's operational strategy for assigned areas and the entire store.
• Uphold company policies, protect assets, and maintain confidentiality.
• Foster an inclusive environment, model inclusive leadership, and support diverse teams.
