Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Store Leader for the Las Vegas location at 1140 E Charleston Blvd to supervise and train staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain store standards.

The role requires coordinating shifts, managing inventory, cash handling and safety procedures while fostering a positive community presence. The position is full time with flexible shift availability in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred; supervisory ability.
• Ability to supervise and train staff in CSR/LSR/SA roles.
• Proficient computer skills for reports, inventory, cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and English communication.
• Food Server certificate may be required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises 2+ full-time employees (Assistant Manager, Lead CSR, CSR).
• Recruits, hires and trains staff to ensure excellent customer service.
• Manages tasks to keep store clean, stocked, organized and well-kept.
• Schedules employees and maintains store image.
• Provides professional, non-discriminatory leadership and guidance.
• Develops positive relationships with suppliers and resolves customer complaints.
• Ensures safety procedures and proper training are followed.
