Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, and retain qualified employees per laws and policies; ensure proper staffing.
• Provide training, conduct evaluations, and counsel as needed.
• Recommend pay rates and advancement opportunities.
• Communicate performance expectations and conduct regular meetings on safety and policies.
• Open and close the store on a regular basis as required.
• Analyze sales, profitability, turnover, and control expenses to identify trends.
• Manage ordering, stock levels, and inventory accuracy weekly.
