Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees and staff the store according to policy.
• Provide training, conduct performance evaluations, and address gaps or terminations as needed.
• Make recommendations on pay rate and advancement; manage payroll and scheduling.
• Communicate performance, conduct and safety expectations; lead meetings and ensure policy adherence.
• Open and close the store as required; supervise daily operations.
