Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the US for any employer.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service and retail preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales on the floor through engagement with clients and top customers.
• Coach and develop store team with product knowledge and brand standards.
• Oversee daily operations, merchandising, and stock management.
