Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service and contemporary retail industry preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate sales leadership on the sales floor with top clients, ensuring the highest level of customer service.
• Maximize and expand the customer portfolio through multitasking in a dynamic environment.
