Job summary

Oniverse is seeking a Store Manager in Miami, FL to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will mentor the team, manage stock and merchandising, and ensure adherence to brand standards while executing district plans.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to coaching and developing staff to build future leaders in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service and contemporary retail industry preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lead and mentor a team
• Flexibility to work nights, holidays and weekends

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies
• Lead and engage sales floor activities to deliver top customer service
• Mentor team members and develop product knowledge and brand awareness
• Manage stock, visuals, and store cleanliness to maintain a high-quality shopping experience
• Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing team and promote brand presence in the community
• Coordinate with district management on action plans and business objectives
• Support store events and promotions to drive foot traffic and sales
