Crafco, Inc. has an opening for a Store Manager at our equipment and supply center store in Newtown, CT.

The Store Manager will lead a dynamic team, ensure a positive, customer-focused culture, and oversee daily operations across sales, rentals and manufacturing support. The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience, a high school diploma, and strong leadership, communication, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years supervision or management experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Supervision experience in a related retail or customer-facing environment, preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build and lead teams to work together and accomplish goals.
• Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Point of Sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Build a dynamic team and a positive culture at the Supply Center.
• Train and lead staff to provide exceptional customer experiences.
• Promote positive employee relations with staff, customers, visitors and vendors.
• Supervise and review of personnel including performance evaluations, work related tasks, and identifying tasks during slow times.
• Manage inventory cycle counts and investigate, determine, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Oversee equipment service center to ensure rental equipment is serviced and prepared for customer rental at all times.
