Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced Store Managers to run a single Panda Express store. You will hire and lead associates, drive financial results, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The role is the start of a GM development path with extensive leadership training.

Successful candidates will participate in a 12+ week leadership program and progress toward General Manager certification, with ongoing career development and a strong Panda community support system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including openings/closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience standards.
• Lead store leadership training and participate in GM development path.
• Complete 12+ weeks of leadership training and GM certification GO100.
