Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, directing associates, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

This role starts as a Store Manager with a clear path toward General Manager through our GM development program. We provide 12+ weeks of leadership training, ongoing development, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• External hires begin their Panda leadership journey as Store Managers as part of the General Manager development path.
• Lead and train staff through a 12+ week leadership program and GM certification process.
