The role includes leadership development toward a future General Manager position, with a structured training path and ongoing career growth opportunities across Panda locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store to meet goals.
• Hire, train, and supervise associates to achieve financial targets and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and store performance.
• Participate in the leadership development path to prepare for future GM roles.
