Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager in California. You will lead a Panda Express store, hire and guide associates, and drive financial performance while ensuring outstanding guest experiences.

You will participate in a structured leadership training program and GM path after certification. 12+ weeks of leadership training are provided, with development toward General Manager and ongoing career growth within the Panda family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Hire, manage and direct store associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Progress along the General Manager development path after training and GM certification.
