Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing associates.
• Help achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in store leadership training program of 3+ weeks.
