Job summary

Panda Express is seeking a Store Manager to run a Panda Express store, lead a team, hire and develop associates, and drive financial and guest experience results. You will begin with leadership training and mentorship as part of Panda's development path toward eventual General Manager readiness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certification required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience standards.
• Lead and train team members through Panda's leadership development pathways.
• Drive store performance and participate in the General Manager development track for future promotions.
