Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of a Panda Express location. You will hire, coach, and supervise team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences and meet financial targets.

External hires begin as Store Managers and progress through Panda's General Manager development path, with 12+ weeks of training and a GO100 GM certification. Full-time benefits include meals, healthcare, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilidades

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Lead training and development as part of the GM development path.
• Participate in the leadership training program and progress toward GM certification.
