Job summary

Panda Express, a leading hospitality brand, is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single store’s operations and guest experience. You will hire, coach, and supervise associates to reach financial targets and deliver outstanding service.

New hires embark on a structured 12+ week leadership training program and GM certification track, with ongoing development and promotion opportunities within Panda Express’ leadership path.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• External hires begin their Panda leadership journey as part of our General Manager development path, with leadership training and progression toward GM.
