Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to relocate to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including staffing, directing and coaching associates to achieve financial goals and deliver guest experiences.
• Participate in and benefit from an 8+ week Store Management Leadership Training program to prepare for success.
