Panda Express, part of Panda Restaurant Group, is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Kyle, Texas. You will be in charge of the operation of a single store and drive financial performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We provide eight weeks or more of store leadership training and mentorship to support your success, with opportunities to grow within our family of associates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including openings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Lead and develop store associates and implement the store leadership training program.
