We provide an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program and a supportive Panda community to help you grow your career. Flexibility to work opening/closing shifts, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified for Food Safety.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily store operations, including hiring, supervising, and directing staff to meet financial goals and guest service standards.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and maintain store standards.
• Participate in the 8+ week Store Leadership Training program and mentorship.
