Tillys is hiring a Store Manager in Peabody, MA to lead a team of Associates and Managers, delivering a standout Tillys Experience to every Customer and driving store performance.

You will oversee all store operations, recruit and develop staff, ensure excellent customer service, and align with company goals. Previous retail leadership and a passion for fashion help you succeed in this full-time role.

Job description

As a Store Manager, you will lead a team of Associates and Managers to consistently deliver an amazing Tillys Experience to every Customer. You will be responsible for all aspects of running a Store, including managing the Store Team and overseeing all Store operations to achieve Company goals and objectives. Hourly Salary Range: $22.60 - $26.41

Offer placement within this range is dependent on a variety of factors, including prior relevant experience, skill set, store volume and location.
