Job summary

Tilly's Inc. is hiring a Store Manager in Freehold, NJ to lead a team of Associates and Managers.

You will be responsible for all aspects of running the store, from staffing and training to inventory control and customer service, ensuring every guest has an amazing Tillys Experience. You will recruit, hire, train, develop and motivate your team, create a fun and upbeat environment, and drive store performance to meet company goals.

As a Store Manager, you will lead a team of Associates and Managers to consistently deliver an amazing Tillys Experience to every Customer. You will be responsible for all aspects of running a Store, including managing the Store Team and overseeing all Store operations to achieve Company goals and objectives. Hourly Salary Range: $22.60 - $26.41
Offer placement within this range is dependent on a variety of factors, including prior relevant experience, skill set, store volume and location.
