Tilly's Inc. in Clovis, CA is looking for a Store Manager to lead a team of Associates and Managers and deliver the Tillys Experience to every Customer. You will manage all aspects of store operations, supervising the team and driving performance to achieve company goals.

This full-time role offers an hourly salary range of $23.08 – $26.89, with benefits including 401k, comprehensive health coverage (vision fully covered), employee discounts, and vacation/sick time with overtime as applicable.

As a Store Manager, you will lead a team of Associates and Managers to consistently deliver an amazing Tillys Experience to every Customer. You will be responsible for all aspects of running a Store, including managing the Store Team and overseeing all Store operations to achieve Company goals and objectives.
