The Assistant Manager at Tillys Peabody will work with the Store Management Team to ensure every Customer receives an amazing Tillys Experience, starting with exemplary service and selling behaviors. You will hire, train and develop a strong team of Associates, oversee store operations, create a great store environment, and contribute to a high-energy, customer-focused atmosphere.

Hourly Salary Range: $17.00 - $19.00

Offer placement within this range is dependent on a variety of factors, including prior relevant experience, skill set, store volume and location.
