Kiehl’s Since 1851 is seeking a Store Manager in Denton, TX to partner with the District Manager to drive store sales and deliver exceptional client service. You will uphold the brand image with a neat presentation and lead the team to build repeat business.

You will train staff, manage open/close procedures, and ensure daily operations align with the store’s business strategy. Requires retail/cosmetics experience and 18+ age.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cosmetic experience preferred.
• Prior key holder experience preferred.
• Customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Analytical and basic computer skills.
• Willing to work 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
