You will manage hiring, scheduling, and daily operations while upholding Panda values and standards across all shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Available for flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet goals and guest experiences.
• Ensure financial goals are met and guests receive exceptional service.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
