Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the store team to ensure smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success in store management.
