Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in High Point, NC. We provide paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from our Panda community that cares about your success.

You will manage a single store, including hiring, supervising, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. An 8+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays, per business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare for success.
• Contribute to a positive Panda culture and ensure store performance.
