Job summary

Panda Express, part of Panda Restaurant Group, is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Concord, NC. You will be in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, directing associates, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We offer an eight-week or longer Store Leadership Training program to prepare you for success and ongoing mentoring and support from our Panda community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide 8+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare for success.
