Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single store and direct associates to hit financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We provide 8+ weeks of leadership training and ongoing development within a supportive Panda community that cares about your success. This on-site role requires flexibility for opening, closing, evenings and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single store and direct associates to achieve financial goals.
• Hire, manage and direct of associates to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead a store leadership training program and develop the Panda community of associates.
