Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.

We will provide an 8 or more weeks of store leadership training program. Don't worry—an ongoing mentorship and support from our Panda community will help you succeed as part of Panda Restaurant Group, Inc.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available for flexible schedule including opening/closing, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience.
• Provide leadership and participate in training programs to develop teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety and brand standards and operational controls.
