Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations at a single Panda Express location in California. You will hire, train, and supervise team members, drive sales, manage costs, and ensure exceptional guest experiences through hands-on leadership.

You will participate in an 8+ week Store Management Leadership Training program and mentor a team to deliver consistent service while adapting to business needs, holidays, and peak hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available for flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities
