Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Cherry Hill, NJ. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and supervise associates, and drive toward financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week leadership training program and ongoing mentorship from a supportive Panda community to foster your professional and personal growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including staffing, supervision, and ensuring financial goals.
• Hire, manage and direct store associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Complete an eight-week or longer store leadership training program to prepare for success.
