Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in New Jersey. Panda Restaurant Group, Inc.

As a Store Manager you oversee a single store, hire and supervise staff, and strive to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily store operations and staff.
• Hire, train and supervise associates to hit financial goals.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and service standards.
• Coordinate opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.
