Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Jersey City. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We offer an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare you for success and provide mentorship and community support as you grow with Panda. Flexibility with schedule and relocation within 50 miles are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in store leadership training programs to ensure ongoing development.
• Ensure adherence to food safety standards and company policies while maintaining a fast-paced service environment.
