Job summary

Panda Express, part of Panda Restaurant Group, seeks experienced leaders for store management in New Jersey. You will manage a single store, hire and lead associates to hit financial goals and ensure guest satisfaction. An 8+ week leadership training program is provided to set you up for success.

We require a high school diploma, willing to relocate within 50 miles, and a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays. Serve Safe certified.

• Must be within 50 miles relocation flexibility.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified for food safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Complete 8+ weeks of store leadership training.
